Ok I found something else out. A while back I used the fortify restoration loop to make uber potions of enchanting. I then used one of those to make a ring that fortified alchemy by about 200,000 %. I used that ring to make more uber potions of enchanting (so I wouldnt have to go through the potions of restoration loop again).Very much still possible with alchemy and enchanting. It's the restoration/fortify alchemy loop. Goofing around with it I ended up with a few uber-fortify enchanting potions and made an amulet that made potions 98000% stronger. Could have done the same thing with fortify smithing.
