Ffxiv lagging

Running FFXIV in Borderless Windowed Mode at 144hz causes all my windows, such as videos and streams to lag on my second monitor which is running at 60hz, not audio but specifically the video lag. There was a previous thread that had the same issue as myself about a month ago but it was closed with no apparent solution. I have a pretty identical problem to this player here.
