P90X Cardio X. Cardio X is basically a fusion workout between 4 other P90X workouts. It incorporates workouts from Core Synergistics, Kenpo X, Yoga X and Plyometrics. I know I have only covered the Yoga X and the Plyometric DVD’s so far, but this will be a good pre-cursor to what is coming up.
